摘要
技术范式及范式转换的原理为研究不同经济形态下的技术模式变迁提供了基本的分析构架。线性经济技术范式是工业化社会中的主导技术体系,其局限性在于大量消耗资源并排放大量的污染环境的废弃物。循环经济技术范式是消除环境制约因素的必然选择。线内循环技术路径和线外循环技术路径是循环经济技术范式的两种基本运行形式。
The technological paradigm and the theory of the transform of the paradigms serve as a basic analytical framework for the study of the change of technological paradigms of different economies.The technological paradigm of linear economy is the dominant technology in the industrialized society.Its drawback is that a great deal of resources is consumed and large quantities of polluting wastes are produced.Recycling economy is the inevitable choice to overcome environment restrictions.The recycling technology inside and outside the line are the two main operating forms for the technological paradigm of recycling economy.
