摘要
文章分析了中关村科技园区企业人才结构的现状、特点和问题,认为中关村科技园区人才聚集效应明显,促进了企业创新能力的提升。但是高端人才、国际化人才和高技能人才的比重偏低,受政策影响较大。中关村应继续完善人才成长环境,为人才结构的优化创造更加宽松的内外部条件。
This article discusses the status quo of the human resources structure of enterprises in Z-park in Beijing.It acknowledges that the effect of talents concentration is distinct and it promotes the innovation ability of the firms in the region.However,problems exist in the structure shown by the low percentages of high-level and international-oriented talents and senior technicians.The authors urge that measures be taken to create an easier and less strict environment for the nurturing and growth of talents to optimize the talents structure.
