听障大学生心理健康状况的调查研究

Study on the psychological health status of college students with hearing impairment

采用SCL-90临床症状自评量表、对110名听障大学生进行测试,探讨听障大学生心理健康状况及影响因素。结果表明:听障大学生的心理健康水平低于普通成人心理健康水平;听障大学生与普通大学生的心理健康状况在个别因子上有显著差异;男女听障大学生心理健康状况在敌意因子上有差异。生理缺陷、社会因素、学校和家庭教育是影响听障大学生的心理健康状况的重要因素。特殊高等教育应关注听障大学生的心理健康状况,加强听障大学生的心理健康教育。

The self-rating scale of clinical symptoms SCL-90 is used to test 110 college students with hearing impairment,the psycho-logical health status and the influential factors are discussed in this study.The results show that the psychological level of college students with hearing impairment is less healthy than that of sound adults,there are significant differences in some individual genes be-tween hearing-impaired and sound students and there are differences in hostility between male and female hearing-impaired students.Physiological defects,social factors,schools and family education are the important factors influencing their psychological health condi-tion.Special college education should pay more attention to their psychological status and strengthen their psychological health educa-tion.
