摘要
设计了一种双波长光路自动检测余氯系统,该系统主要功能就是能够实时检测医疗污水中余氯的含量,以达到控制处理、达标排放的目的。本系统是通过光电传感器接收来自光源照射样品溶液后透射光的强度来确定样品溶液中余氯的浓度,以线性回归法为计算基础,配合双波长光路设计极大地减小了连续检测时出现的干扰和误差,达到了精确检测的目的。
This paper designs an automatic residual chlorine detection system of dual-wavelength optical path,the function of which is to real-time detect the content of residual chlorine in medical wastewater so as to control and process wastewater and achieve standard discharge.The system receives the transmission light intensity from light source irradiation sample solution to determine the concentra-tion of residual chlorine by photoelectric sensors,takes linear regression as computation basis,greatly reduces the interference and error with the aid of dual-wavelength optical design in continuous detection and achieves the purpose of accurate detection.
