In the increasingly severe situation of employment,solving the constitutive contradiction of supply and demand for talents and guiding graduates to get jobs in grass-roots units become a new issue that universities are facing.Universities should know fully the strategic meaning of graduates＇ grass-roots employment and exert the functions of facilitating,guiding,helping,prompting and driving so as to guide graduates＇ employment and enhance their adaptability.
