摘要
在日益严峻的就业形势下,如何有效解决人才供需结构性矛盾,引领毕业生面向基层就业,正成为高校积极思考和探索的新课题。高校应充分认识毕业生面向基层就业的战略意义,充分发挥高校的"促成、引导、帮助、激励、和推动"五大作用,引领毕业生面向基层就业,提升毕业生面向基层就业的适应力。
In the increasingly severe situation of employment,solving the constitutive contradiction of supply and demand for talents and guiding graduates to get jobs in grass-roots units become a new issue that universities are facing.Universities should know fully the strategic meaning of graduates' grass-roots employment and exert the functions of facilitating,guiding,helping,prompting and driving so as to guide graduates' employment and enhance their adaptability.
