This paper explores the new features of information services in university libraries under network circumstance,analyzes the reasons of these problems existing in colleges and universities and gives the effective countermeasures of improving library information services.The purpose is to enhance the quality and level of information service in university libraries and to promote the process of con-struction and development so as to serve university teaching and research activities better and help students to become talented persons.
