摘要
本文住宅小区高层建筑铝合金门窗防渗的技术总结,提出铝合金门窗后塞缝采用微膨胀防水砂浆防渗实际效果优于弹性软塞缝,门窗防渗水的关键在于塞缝的密实。
The paper, first summarizes the seepage control technology of aluminum alloy door ＆ window within high-rise residential buildings, and then points out that actual seepage-proofing result of slightly inflated water-proof mortar is better than elastic plug gap. And the crux of the matter concerning water Seepage of doors and windows is to enhance tightness of the window gaps.
