静脉留置针常见并发症原因分析及处理

目的:探讨应用静脉留置针在治疗过程中常见并发症发生的原因,以便及早采取有效干预措施。方法:调查我院2009年6月～2009年12月200例住院病人应用静脉留置针的不同部位穿刺成功率、并发症发生率。结果:穿刺部位感染(12例),皮下血肿(7例),导管脱出(6例)、导管阻塞(9例),静脉炎(8例),静脉血栓(6例)。结论:严格执行护理操作常规,做好周密预防措施,改进和创新护理技能,可减少静脉留置针并发症的发生,是静脉留置针技术普及应用和质量的保证。

Objective：To explore the reasons for common complications in the course of treatment of intravenous catheter in order to take early and effective interventive measures.Methods：200 cases of inpatients from January 2009 to December 2009 in our hospital were investigated for success rate of puncture,complication rate by sealed venous catheter applied in different part.Results：Puncture site infection（12cases）,subcutaneous hematoma（7cases）,catheter prolapse（6cases）,duct obstruction（9 cases）,phlebitis（8cases）,Venous thrombosis（6 cases）.Conclusions：Strict implementation of routine nursing operations,careful precautions,improvement and innovation in nursing skills can reduce the incidence of intravenous catheter complications,which can be assurance of technical applications of catheters and standards of quality.
