摘要
文章论证了地勘单位产权制度改革的必要性和重要性；提出在产权制度改革中，要合理处理一些旧体制遗留的问题，严格规范操作，抓好机制转换、管理创新。
The paper demonstrates the necessity and importance of reforming the property system of geological prospecting units.It points out the problems should be noticed in the reform of property system,which are equitable settlement of some legaciesof old system,strictness of standard operation,mechnism trasform,enhancement of policy thought.
