邮轮乘务专业人才的培养对邮轮产业的发展有着重要意义。针对高素质人才匮乏的现状,根据邮轮人才需求动态,加大邮轮人才培养基地建设,深化院校与行业企业的互动与合作,通过高素质人才的培养助推邮轮产业的快速发展。

The cultivation of cruise attendants plays important role in development of cruise industry. Aimed at the present situation of lacking of high quality talents, the paper puts forward that we should know about the requirement of cruise attendants, enlarge the training bases, strengthen the cooperation between colleges and enterprises, thereby to promote the development of cruise industry.
