Electromagnetic Compatible Based on Active Frequency Selective Surface

摘要 有源FSS是指在FSS中加入PIN管或变容二极管等有源器件构成的FSS结构,通过调节有源器件的偏置电压或偏置电流来改变FSS的谐振特性。在此主要是对加入的有源器件对有源FSS结构的谐振特性产生的影响进行分析,并给出其仿真结果。通过仿真结果来分析有源FSS用于电磁兼容的可行性。结果表明,有源FSS用于电磁兼容不仅可行,而且有一定的应用价值。 Active frequency selective surface is that frequency selective surface(FSS) can be controlled by active devices,such as PIN diode or variable capacitance diode.The resonance characteristic can be changed through adjusting the bias voltage or bias current of the active device.The resulting structure which has influence on the resonance characteristic is analyzed,and the simulation results are performed.The experimental results show that the feasibility of electromagnetic compatibility based on FSS is given.
