摘要 针对水银温度计不便读数、响应速度慢、在普通家庭中使用面狭窄的特点,提出了数码语音温度计的设计方案。选择不锈钢封装的DS18B20作温度传感器Ⅰ、SD1720进行语音录放、STC89C52单片机进行温度信号采集、数据处理和语音回放控制,构建了实际的电路系统。实验表明,该数码语音温度计测量范围为0~99.9℃,显示分辨率为0.1℃,误差不大于±0.5℃,测温速度快,读数方便,语音清晰,语音播报间隔时间可调,可广泛应用于家庭或需要温度语音提示的场合。 The design scheme of the digital voice thermometer is put forward in this paper as the mercury thermometer has the limitations of inconvenient reading,slow response and finite application for common family.In the practical circuit system,DS18B20 with stainless steel encapsulation is chosen as a temperature sensor,ISD1720 is adopted as voice recording and playback device,SCM STC89C52 is employed for temperature signal acquisition,data processing and voice playback controlling device.The test results indicates that the measurement range of thermometer is 0~99.9 ℃,the display resolution is 0.1 ℃,and the measuring error is less than 0.5 ℃.The digital voice thermometer has the following advantages of quick measurement,convenient reading and clear voice.Its broadcast interval between two messages is adjustable.It can be widely used in family or other occasions where the voice temperature warning is needed.
