当前农村弱势群体祛“弱”问题研究——基于罗尔斯“差别原则”的思考

Study on Removing the Current,Rural Vulnerable Groups "Weak"——Based on Rawls "Difference Principle"

"差别原则"是罗尔斯正义理论中最具标志性的观念,是其著作《正义论》的精髓所在。虽然罗尔斯的"差别原则"是将美国社会发展进程中所凸现的贫富差距作为其理论的社会背景,体现西方社会的理论色彩,但该理论所倡导的关注弱势群体,追求社会公平正义的理论诉求,能在我国找到有力的实践注脚。鉴于此,在进一步厘清"差别原则"理论的基础上,探讨当前我国农村弱势群体祛"弱"问题,以期对我国社会主义和谐社会建设提供积极的理论及实践参考。

＂Difference principle＂ is the concept of the most iconic in John Rawls theory,it is in essence of his book ＂Justice＂.Although Rawls＇＂difference principle＂ is the process of social development in the United States,highlights the gap between rich and poor as the theory of social background,reflecting the theory of color in Western society,the theories advocated by the attention to vulnerable groups,the pursuit of social justice the theory,can be found in our strong practice footnote.In view of this,this will further clarify the ＂difference principle＂ based on the theory of interpretation,discuss the current rural vulnerable groups ignore ＂weak＂ to provide a positive theory and practical reference for building a socialist harmonious society in China.
