The formulas of Whestetone electric bridge sensitivity are deduced.There are many factors that influence the sensitivity of electric bridge.This article analyzed several factors：supply voltage,sensitivity of galvanometer,internal resistance of galvanometer,on-position of galvanometer and supply circuit,parameters of bridge arm,and so on.And then the relation between the sensitivity and these factors is derived by experiment.The methods of improving the sensitivity of electric bridge are found.
