摘要
目的探讨剖宫产手术后子宫瘢痕处妊娠的病因、临床特征、治疗方法和预防措施.方法对10例剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠资料进行回顾性分析,对发病原因、诊断、治疗结果进行总结.结果 10例中有2例患者行子宫切除,8例患者保守治疗成功.结论剖宫产术后子宫切口瘢痕处妊娠可行保守治疗,对出血多、有生命危险的患者,则应行子宫切除术.
Objective To discuss the etiology,clinical symptoms,therapy method and preventive measures of cesarean scar pregnancy.Method10 cases of cesarean scar pregnancy were discussed about the etiology,diagnosis and treatment effect.Results2 cases with hysterectomy,8 cases with expectant treatment.ConclusionCesarean scar pregnancy can be expectant treatment,while the patient with blooding who has life risk should be hysterectomy.
