摘要
针对常规PID控制器难以解决热连轧机中监控AGC技术产生的纯滞后问题,提出了预测外推数据处理算法的控制策略,解决了由于纯滞后、程序算法和执行机构滞后时间引起的系统稳定性能和动态性能变差导致的带材厚度精度波动问题.仿真结果表明了预测外推算法的有效性,其成果对有色冶金行业提高带材质量具有实用价值.
Aiming at conventional PID controller is difficult to solve the pure lag problem that the technology of monitor AGC caused in hot strip rolling mills,the control strategy of predicted extrapolation data processing algorithm is put forward.It figures out stability and dynamic nature of system that the pure lag and programmed algorithm induce.The effect of predicted extrapolation algorithm is very important to improve the quality of strip steel rolled stock in colored metallurgy industry.
