上颌前牙区即刻种植临床疗效观察 被引量:19

摘要 目的:观察上颌前牙区即刻种植的临床效果。方法:对32例上颌前牙区因外伤、残根、或牙周炎致过松动牙拔除后行即刻种植,骨缺损部位行植骨手术,共植入种植体62枚,植入3-6个月后行二期手术,最终完成修复体制作。结果:本组共62枚种植体,61枚术后无明显并发症,1枚于术后4周失败拔除。修复完成后观察1-6年,种植体行使功能良好,取得较好的美学效果。结论:在上颌前牙区行即刻种植术有利于软硬组织保存,获得较好的美学效果。 Objective:To evaluvate the effect of immediate implant at maxillary anterior.Methods:32 Patients were included in this study,and 62 implants were put into fresh sockets immediately,the teeth were extracted because of trauma,residual root or periodontal disease.Bone augmentation technology was used in bone defected position.3 to 6 months later,second stage surgery was done and dentures were finished.Result: 62 implants,61 implants have no clear complications,one implant failed after surgery 4 weeks.the observation period is from 1 to 6 years,the function of implants is all right,and achieve preferable esthetics effect.Conclusion: Immediate lmplant is benefit to conserve soft and hard tissue,and achieve esthetics effect.
