小直径种植体在无牙颌覆盖义齿修复中的应用

The application of mini-implant in edentulous patients repaired by overdenture

目的:探讨Sterngold太极扣种植体覆盖义齿在下颌无牙颌修复中的临床运用。方法:13例牙槽骨严重吸收的无牙颌患者的下颌植入26枚Sterngold太极扣种植体,太极扣附着体覆盖义齿修复,术前术后评估种植体周围的骨质及牙龈的健康状况,检查修复体的戴用状况,评价患者的满意度。结果:26枚种植体全部成活,未发生种植体周围炎,X线片检查显示种植体周围的骨质未见吸收,全部患者对修复体满意。结论:太极扣种植体覆盖义齿修复严重吸收的牙槽嵴病例临床效果满意。

Objective：To investigate clinic treatment of mandibular complete overdentures supported by Sterngold ERA implants in edentulous patients with severe mandibular alveolar ridge absorption.Methods： 26 Sterngold ERA implants were placed in 13 cases with severe residual ridge absorption,then restored by ERA attachment overdentures.To record condition of bone and gingival around implants before and after surgery,to check the situation of dentures and to evaluate satisfaction of patients.Results： 26 implants were success in total,X-ray showed that the marginal bone level around the microimplants were highly stable,all the patients were satisfied with the dentures.Conclusion： The cases with severe residual ridge absorption treated by overdentures supported by Sterngold ERA implants can acquire satisfactory clinic result.
