摘要
利用响应曲面法研究了秸秆与厨余垃圾混合厌氧发酵产甲烷的二次回归模型和工艺条件。选取原料配比、原始C/N、TS浓度为参考因素,采用3因素3水平的试验设计手段进行预测,在原料配比(秸秆∶厨余)为1.29∶1,C/N为20.42,TS浓度为10.07%时,甲烷的总产气量达到最高值,为21431.7mL,产气率为126.06mL/g。利用响应曲面法对结论进行优化检验,结果表明,实际值与理论值误差很小,工艺参数可用于实际应用中。
Response surface methodology(RSM)was used to study the quadratic regression model and the technological conditions for stalk and kitchen residues fermentation for methane production.The proposition of the feedstock(stalk:kitchen residues),C/N(carbon-nitrogen ratio)and TS(total solid/%) were considered as the three main parameters in this experiment,and the three factors and three levels involved measure was adopted.Other conditions:the fermentation temperature is 39 ℃;pH value is 7;the duration of the experiment is 50 days.The results showed that the maximum yield of methane would be realized under the condition:the proposition of the feedstock(stalk :kitchen residues) of 1.29:1;the C/N(carbon-nitrogen ratio)of 20.42;the TS(total solid) of 10.07%.The total gas production would be raised to 21 431.7 mL/g.The results of the following experiment under the above mentioned conditions showed that the error between the theoretical value and the actual value is small,thus the results could be used in the practical application.
