菌剂对秸秆原料户用沼气池产气量的影响试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 通过实验室筛选、培养,制取了具有分解秸秆和低温产沼气双功能的复合菌剂,研究添加复合菌剂对户用沼气池产气量的影响。结果表明:对于池容为10m3的秸秆沼气池,在常温下加入该菌剂后,启动时间比对照池缩短了3~6d,平均日产气量比对照池提高了0.057m3左右;冬季只要采取简单的保温措施,保证沼气池内料液温度达到10℃以上,加入该菌剂后,沼气池能正常使用,平均日产气量比对照池提高0.44m3左右。 Through laboratory screening and training,the dual-function composite microbial agent was prepared for stalk decomposition and lower temperature decomposition,the influence of the composite microbial agent on biogas yield has been studied.The results show that:by comparison with the control digester,for the 10 m3 biogas digesters fed by stalk material,at room temperature,and with the help of the microbial agent,the start-up time was 3~8 days shorter than the control digester,the average daily gas production was increased by 0.057 m3;with simple heat insulation measures in winter,and maintained liquid inside the digester over 10 ℃,then added the microbial agent,the digester could normally work and the average daily gas yield will be increased by 0.44 m3 by comparison with the control digester.
