基于双圆弧逼近的插补技术研究

Approximation Based on Double Circular Interpolation Technique

NURBS插补技术已经成为国内外数控系统厂商和相关研发机构争相研究的热点问题,从NURBS曲线构造原理出发,给出了一般参数曲线插补基本实现过程。分析了NURBS曲线数学理论基础、双圆弧基本数值算法。采用常见的CAM软件ProE辅助设计软件,验证实验证明了该技术方案的可行性。

As the key technology of modem numerical control system, complex trajectory NURBS interpolation technology catches close attention from the manufacturing industry and academic circles all along. This paper presents a new method building NURBS interpolation technology platform from the viewpoint of theoretical deduction of NURBS mathematic relation and numerical algorithm of biare. By using common CAM software ProE CAD software, the technology proves feasible.
