摘要
营养状态是评价恶性肿瘤患者预后的重要因素之一,治疗前出现体重下降的患者生存期通常较短,20%的患者直接死于营养不良。营养支持有助于预防和治疗营养低下或恶病质,增强抗肿瘤治疗的依从性,减轻抗肿瘤治疗的副作用,改善生活质量。
Nutritional status is one of the important prognostic factors for the cancer patients,the patients with weight loss before treatment usually have short survival time,and 20% of the patients die directly from malnutrition.Nutritional support can be helpful to prevention and treatment of undernutrition and cachexia,improve the compliance of anticancer treatment,mitigate the adverse reactions of anticancer treatment,and improve quality of life.
