不同军事任务对部队官兵SCL-90评定及皮质醇水平的影响

Effect of Military Missions on SCL-90 and Blood Cortisol Evaluation of Soldiers

目的探讨不同军事任务对部队官兵症状自评量表(Symptom Checklist 90,SCL-90)的评定结果及消化道疾病相关激素水平变化的影响。方法调查269名执行常规训练、工兵爆破或跳伞作业的军事人员人完成任务前后SCL-90评分,采用放射免疫法检测血清皮质醇浓度。结果工兵爆破、跳伞军事人员任务完成后SCL-90各项因子分均低于完成前,其中躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖因子分下降较明显(P<0.05);任务完成后血清皮质醇浓度均较任务完成前显著升高(P<0.01)。结论不同军事任务的应激环境引发的部队官兵心理状态及内分泌激素水平明显不同,胃肠道疾病及血清皮质醇水平与军事任务的危险程度成正比。

Objective To investigate the effect of military missions on Symptom Checklist 90（SCL-90） evaluation and related hormone level changes in the digestive tract diseases of soldiers.Methods Two hundred and sixty-nine soldiers were tested by SCL-90 before and after fulfilling the military missions including normal training,blasting or parachuting.The serum cortisol levels were determined with radioimmunological techniques.Results For the soldiers fulfilling blasting or parachuting,the factor scores of SCL-90 after fulfilling military missions were all lower than those before,especially significant in somatization,compulsion,depression,anxiety,and phobia（P〈0.05）.The serum cortisol levels of all the soldliers were significantly elevated after fulfilling military missions.Conclusion Military psychological stress of different military missions results in different mental status and endocrine hormone levels of soldiers.The digestive tract disease and serum cortisol levels are positively related with the dangerous degree of the military missions.
