摘要
为了解不同亚群禽白血病病毒(ALV)对宿主的致病特征,通过病毒核酸检测和序列分析,对A、B和C发病鸡群进行ALV感染亚群鉴定,同时根据病理形态观察资料,分析了不同亚群ALV的致瘤型。结果表明,A鸡群感染ALV-A,发生淋巴细胞性禽白血病,病变组织中成淋巴细胞恶性增生;B鸡群混合感染了ALV-A和ALV-J,发生血管瘤型禽白血病,肝血疱区域红细胞恶性增生,皮肤血疱区域表现海绵状血管瘤,组织中未观察到成淋巴细胞或成髓细胞增生;C鸡群感染ALV-J,发生髓细胞瘤型禽白血病,成髓细胞恶性增生。序列分析表明,引起淋巴细胞性和血管瘤型禽白血病的ALV-A毒株间的遗传距离为0.963;引起髓细胞瘤和血管瘤型禽白血病的ALV-J毒株间的遗传距离为0.976。
In order to investigate the disease caused by different sub-groups of avian leukosis virus(ALV),the pathogens were identified by PCR and sequencing,and tissues of the chickens infected with ALV were examined.Lymphoid leukosis manifestations occurred in the ALV-A-infected chickens from farm A,and a lot of lymphocytoblast were found in the infected chicken's tissue.Hemangioma happened in the ALV-A and ALV-J co-infected chickens from flock B,and plenty of red cells were observed in hemangioma region of livers,and cavernous hemangioma occured in skin hemangioma region,but there were no lymphocytoblast or lymphomyelocyte in the tissues of the co-infected chickens.Myelocytomatosis occurred in the ALV-J-infected chickens from flock B,and lots of lymphomyelocyte were found in tissues of the ALV-J-infected chickens.Sequence analysis indicated that the genetic distance of ALV-A between flocks A and B was 0.963,and the genetic distance of ALV-J between flocks C and A was 0.976.
