摘要
静液压传动装置(HST)是由泵和马达组成的闭式回路,它具有布局灵活且能方便地实现无级调速等优点,因此在机械工程领域有相当广泛的应用。首先分析静液压传动装置的主要激振频率,建立静液压传动装置壳体的三维模型;之后利用ANSYS软件对壳体进行模态分析,根据其固有频率及振型,提出改进模型的方法,最后得到优化后的壳体模型。
Hydrostatic transmission(HST) is a closed circuit system which is composed of pump and motor.HST has a wide application in the field of mechanical engineering.This article analyzed the main excitation frequency of an HST,and established the three-dimensional model of the HST shell.According to the natural frequency and vibration mode,the article proposed a method to improve the structure of the HST shell,and got a satisfied effect.
