摘要
针对某路由器面板,通过最佳浇口位置分析后,综合考虑确定了单侧浇口和双侧浇口两种方案。通过分析比较其充填时间、充填结束时刻的压力分布、熔接痕分布、最大注射压力和锁模力后优选双侧浇口方案。由此表明借助模流分析技术可在模具设计中实现浇口位置与数量方案的优选,辅助设计者提高设计质量。
During the design of an injection mould for a router cover,two plans,one side-gate and two side-gates,were formed based on the results of best gate location analysis.Then fill analysis was conducted for the two plans.The two side-gates plan was selected as the better plan after comparing filling time,the pressure at the end of filling,weld line,injection pressure and clamping force.It indicates the technology of mold flow analysis can be used to optimize the design of gate location and assist the engineers to improve the quality of mould design.
