摘要
传统的锻造工艺和模具设计通常采用反复的实物试验,设计周期长,产品数据精度低。为了克服这些弊端,借助三维CAD软件UG,对3拐120o分布曲轴进行了锻造工艺和模具设计研究,包括设计锻件图、制定工艺方案、计算工艺参数和设计锻造模具。此设计方法能大大缩短生产准备周期,降低材料消耗和生产成本。
The traditional forging process and die design are usually by means of repeated physical tests,the production period is long and the product quality is poor.In this paper,the die and forging process of a three-throw crankshaft are designed by use of UG,which include the design of forging die and the settlement of process plan.The results show this method can shorten production period and cut down the product cost.
