摘要 针对罩式退火过程中钢卷内部温度场及应力场的计算问题,在大量的现场实验与理论研究的基础上,给出了一套钢卷退火过程中内部温度场和应力场分布的数学模型,并以镀锡原板为研究重点,对退火过程中钢卷内部应力变化情况进行了数值模拟,定量分析了退火工艺制度对钢卷内部温度场及应力场的影响规律,为退火工艺制度的进一步优化奠定了坚实的理论基础。 To counter the calculation problems of the temperature field and the stress field in the process of batch annealing,a mathematical model about the distribution of temperature field and stress field in steel strip was given after a number of field experiments and theoretical studies.And taking the tinning black plate as the research emphasis,we had conducted numerical simulation to the stress change of steel strip in annealing process.Also we had analyzed quantitatively the influence law of the annealing process on the temperature field and stress field in steel strip.Those had established sound theoretical basis for further optimization of the annealing process.
