摘要
通过对国外一些比较先进的义齿加工机床结构进行分析,在之前设计的五轴义齿雕刻机床的基础上,设计了体积小、精度高、效率高的六轴义齿加工机床,并针对此机床结构,搭建了由"IPC+UMAC运动控制器"组成的开放式数控系统。重点介绍了机床的运动结构和数控系统硬件平台搭建过程,并通过牙齿加工实验,展现了机床良好的加工性能。
A small-size six-axis denture carving machine with high efficiency and high precision is designed on the basis of the five-axis denture carving machine designed in earlier time by analyzing the structures of some advanced foreign denture carving machines.Then,matching with the structure of the machine,an open NC system being made up of IPC and UMAC motion controller is designed.This paper introduces the motion structure of the machine and the process of setting up the hardware of NC system.In the end,the well machining performance is shown by experiment.
