摘要
针对连续退火过程中带钢表面的横向条纹问题,经过大量的现场实验与理论研究,结合连退机组的设备与工艺特点,充分利用机组现有的PDA数据采集系统,通过对给定时间段内各个时刻带钢的实际张力信号的处理,开发出相应的炉内带钢振动特性分析与自动监控技术,并将其应用到生产实践,取得了良好的使用效果。
Aimed at the transverse stripe occured on strip after continuous annealing,based on a great deal of spot experiments and theoretical research,the vibration character analysis and auto monitor technology of the strip in continuous annealing production line(CAPL) was developed.The technique utilized the original data collection system,and used the tension signal as control signal.The application practice shows that the method is feasible and a satisfied effect has been obtained.
