摘要
介绍了ZY6400/12/24型掩护式液压支架的研制过程,创造性地在同一平面内设计了两个顶梁角度,分析了立柱的垂直夹角和前连杆受力等问题,同时给出了支架的主要技术参数和相应的配套设备。
The paper describes the design process of ZY6400/12/24 shield hydraulic support whose top beam is creatively designed with two angles in the same plane.Parameters such as the vertical angle of hydraulic legs and the force of front connecting rod are analyzed.Then,the main technical parameters and corresponding matching equipment are presented.
