从何首乌致肝损伤看中药不良反应发生特点及预防措施

Focus on the ADR Charicteristics of Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine and its Prevent Measures from the Liver Damage by Poligoni Multiflori Radix

目的密切关注中药不良反应,探索预防中药不良反应发生的措施。方法从何首乌导致肝损伤在国外发布不良反应信息入手,分析了中药发生不良反应的因素及预防措施。结果与结论中药不良反应的发生与其不合理应用密切相关,并提出一些新的观点和设想,以期服务于中药的合理应用,减少中药不良反应的发生。

Objective Keep close attention on Adverse Reactions （ADR） of traditional Chinese herbal medicine, and explore it’s prevent measures. Methods Analyzed the factors and prevent measures of ADR of traditional Chinese herbal medicine with the ADR information of liver-damage by Poligoni Multiflori Radix promulgated in abroad. Results and Conclusion The occurring of ADR may be related to irrationality use. We put forward some new viewpoints so as to prevent ADR.
