中西结合治疗输卵管妊娠39例的临床效果观察

Clinical Effect of Tubal Pregnancy Treated with Combined Therapy Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on 39 Cases

目的探讨中西结合治疗输卵管妊娠的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2007年1月至2010年6月徐州市第六人民医院采用中西医结合治疗的39例输卵管妊娠患者的临床资料,并以同期单纯采用西医治疗的39例患者为对照组,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组治疗有效率为92.31%,输卵管再通率为89.74%;对照组妊娠治疗成功率为76.92%,输卵管再通率为71.79%,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在西医治疗的基础上,加用中药治疗可有效提高输卵管妊娠的治疗成功率,提高输卵管再通率。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of combined therapy traditional chinese and western medicine on 39 cases. Methods Retrospective analysis on clinical data of tubal pregnancy treated by combined therapy traditional chinese and western medicine from January 2007 to June 2010 in the sixth people’s hospital of Xuzhou, and take the 39 cases treated only by western medicine as control group, compare the clinical curative effect of two groups of patients. Results The rate success for treatment is 92.31% in the observation group, the rate of oviduct recanalization is 89.74%; the rate of success for treatment is 76.92% in control group, the rate of oviduct recanalization is 71.79%。Conclusion In western medicine therapy, combined with herbal treatment can effectively improve the success rate, improve the oviduct rate.
