摘要
目的探讨白血病合并Fournier坏疽的护理。方法分析11例白血病合并Fournier坏疽的临床资料和护理。结果本组11例患者中,6例经联合治疗及反复换药后创面愈合,4例因感染性休克死亡(1例为外科手术清创术后),1例自动出院。结论白血病合并Fournier坏疽大多无法采取外科手术清创治疗只能采取联合应用广谱抗生素和局部换药的治疗方法,护理过程包括局部皮肤、体位、高热及防止交叉感染的护理等,因其发生部位多为隐私部位还应注意患者的心理护理。
Objective To investigate nursing of Leukemia associated with Fournier gangrene. Methods Analysis of 11 cases of leukemia associated with Fournier gangrene of the clinical data and care. Results The 11 patients, 6 patients with combination therapy and wound healing after repeated dressing, 4 cases of death due to septic shock （1 case of surgical debridement）, 1 case discharged. Conclusion Most of leukemia associated with Fournier gangrene can not be taken to surgical debridement combined with broad-spectrum antibiotics can only take partial dressing and treatment, care process, including local skin, body position, high fever and to prevent cross-infection care, because it took place over parts of for the private parts should also pay attention to the psychological care of patients
