桡骨远端骨折掌侧内固定手术临床分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨掌侧加压钢板治疗桡骨远端骨折的方法及其效果。方法回顾分析掌侧锁定加压钢板治疗桡骨远端骨折18例,比较研究术后掌倾角、尺偏角及关节活动范围,腕关节按Shea等评定方法进行疗效评定其临床效果。结果经随访6-10个月,腕关节按Shea等评定方法进行疗效评定,优:18-20分;良:15-17分;中:12-14分;差:〈11分。优12例,良2例,可3例,差1例。结论对于桡骨远端骨折,掌侧加压钢板内固定是一种安全有效的治疗方法,可有效避免肌腱激惹,显著促进腕关节运动功能的恢复。 Objective Investigate the method and evaluate the effect of volar LCP fixation for dorsally distal radial fractures. Methods Eighth patients with radial fractures were treated with volar LCP. Comparing and analyzing the volar tilt, radial inclination, and wrist function, according to Shea scale. Results Followed up from 6 to10 months, (average 8 months), 12patients achieved excellent results, 2 achieved good results and 3 achieved fair results with 1 poor result, according to Shea scale. Conclusion Volar LCP fixation is a effective and safe treatment for dorsally distal radial fractures which could reduce tendon irritation, promote functional recovery of the wrist joint.
