摘要
目的：评价硬性透氧性角膜接触镜（RGP）矫正屈光不正以及减缓近视度数增加的效果。方法：对来我院眼科门诊验配RGP的32例患者（64只眼），分别于戴镜前、戴镜后1周、1个月、3个月进行戴镜视力检查。结果：RGP矫正视力明显优于框架眼镜（P〈0．05）；能有效减缓近视发展（P〈0．01）。结论：RGP矫正屈光不正效果明显优于框架眼镜，能有效控制近视发展。
Objective： To evaluate the elinieat effects of RGP on correcting and reducing the development of myopia. Methods： Examining the vision of 32 sufferers （64 eyes） who came to our department,together with GRP,before wearing and after wearing for a week,a month, 3 months. Results：RGP could provide a significant improvement in visual acuity compared to spectacles （ P〈0.05）, and could reduce the development myopia （ P 〈0.01）. Conclusion：RGP might be safe and effective for eorrectiong myopia.
