亲情式责任制基础护理反馈单用于夯实基础护理质量的效果研究

The effectiveness of the quality of care of family--style accountability based care Feedback for improving quality of care

目的：深化护理服务内涵，夯实基础护理质量。方法：将200例肿瘤患者按入院先后顺序随机分为观察组、对照组各100例；对照组采用常规护理模式实施基础护理，观察组采用亲情式责任制基础护理质量反馈单（以下简称反缋单）实施基础护理。结果：观察组护士的态度、技术、责任心、交流沟通能力增强了，基础护理质量、患者满意度优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：亲情式责任制基础护理反馈单的应用，深化了护理服务内涵，提高了基础护理质量。

Objective： The purpose of deepening the content of nursing services, reinforce the foundation quality of care. Methods： 200 patients were randomized divided into observation group（100 cases） and control group（100 cases）. The standard basic nursing mode is provided to control group and family--style basic nursing mode is provided to observation group. Results： the attitude, technology, responsibility and communication skill of nurses is improved in observation group. The quality of basic nursing and satisfaction of patients in observation group is superior to control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： the implication of basic nursing based on feedback can improve the content of nursing services and improve the quality of bases care.
