摘要
目的：探讨关节镜治疗轻中度膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法；2005年6月-2007年6月，我科针对膝骨关节炎X线kellgren-lawrence分级Ⅲ级以内的92例患者采用关节镜手术治疗，69例获得了完整随访，采用纽约特种外科医院膝关节评分（HSS评分）进行临床评价。结果：术前患者的平均HSS评分为（62．8±3．9），最后随访时患者的平均HSS评分为83．2±5．2，手术前后的膝关节评分具有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论：对于膝骨关节炎X线kellgren-lawrence分级Ⅲ级以内的患者，关节镜手术可以获得较满意的中期疗效。
Objective To explore the clinical result in treating mild and moderate knee osteoarthritis by arthroscopy. Methods From June. 2005 to June. 2007, we treated 92 patients with knee osteoarthritis of whom kellgren-lawrence radiographic grading score was withing Ⅲ and 69 patients were followed--up completely. All the cases were evaluated according to Hospital for special surgery knee score（HSSKS）. Results The preoperative HSS score was （62.8±3.9） on average, the last HSS score was （83.2±5.2） on average. The data showed a siganificant statistical difference between them （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The satisfactory medium-term effect could be obtained in treating mild and moderate knee osteoarthritis by arthroscopy.
