摘要
目的：观察重组人白细胞介素-11对化疗后口腔粘膜炎的疗效.方法：对64例化疗后出现口腔粘膜炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组接受重组人白细胞介素-11吉巨芬治疗（32例）,对照组接受接受常规治疗（32例）.结果：治疗结束时评价显效、好转和无效的治疗组患者分别为9例,16例和7例,治疗组总有效率达78.1%,较对照组有显著性差异（P＜0.01）.结论：使用重组人白细胞介素-11治疗化疗后口腔粘膜炎是有效和安全的.
Objective： To investigate therapeutic effeets of recombinant human interleukin-11 （IL-11）on oral mucitis induced by chemotherapy. Methods： 64 cases of oral mucitis induced chemotherapy were grouped randomly into two groups, one group treated by IL--11, another group treated regularly. Results： General effective rate of IL-11 group is 78. 1% ,had significant difference compare to group treated regularly（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： IL-11 has significant and certain therapeutic effects on oral mucitis induced by chemotherapy.
