跟踪健康教育对妊娠糖尿病母婴预后的影响

Effects of Follow-- up Health Education On Maternal and Fetal Prognosis of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的：探讨跟踪健康教育对妊娠糖尿病（GDM）母婴预后的影响.方法：将在我院产检建卡分娩,46例GDM孕妇列入跟踪组,同期46例正常孕妇列入对照组,对照组做孕期常规保健指导,跟踪组给予孕期全程跟踪健康教育,比较两组孕妇主要并发症发生率与围生儿主要并发症发生率,判断两组母婴的预后.结果：跟踪组孕妇主要并发症,除早产发生率高于对照组孕妇外（P＜0.05）,妊高征、感染、产后出血、羊水过多、剖宫产及围生儿主要并发症,巨大儿、新生儿窒息、新生儿高胆红素血症、围生儿死亡与对照组无显著性差别（P＞0.05）.结论：对GDM孕妇进行跟踪健康教育,适时终止妊娠,可有效降低母婴并发症,明显改善母婴预后.

Objective To explore and track the effects of follow--up health education on maternal and infant prognosis of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus （GDM）. Methods To set up cheek--card delivery in our hospital, among which 46 cases of pregnant women with GDM constitute the tracking group, 46 eases of healthy pregnant women of the same period constitute the control group. The control group receives regular pregnancy health guidance while the tracking group receives full-- time follow- up pregnancy health education. Based on comparison of incidences of main maternal and prenatal complications between the two groups, determine the maternal and fetal prognosis of the two groups. ： Results In addition to higher rates of preterm birth of the pregnant women from the tracking group （P〈0.05）, there＇s no significant difference between the two groups on either the main maternal complications including pregnancy induced hypertension, infection, postpartum hemorrhage, excessive amniotic fluid and cesarean section or main prenatal complications including macrocosmic infant, neonatal asphyxia, neonatal hyperbilirubinemia and prenatal mortality （P〉 0.05）. Conclusion To carry out follow--up health education for pregnant women with GDM and to timely terminate pregnancy can effectively reduce the maternal and fetal complications and significantly improve maternal and fetal prognosis.
