摘要
目的:分析407例胆结石患者胆汁细菌培养与药敏的结果及意义.方法:对2006年9月-2008年12月我院407例胆结石患者胆汁进行需氧菌培养与药敏试验,分析其结果.结果:有67例细菌培养阳性,总阳性率16.46%.培养出细菌种类15种.其中G-杆菌54株,大肠埃希氏菌占19株;G+球菌13株,其中肠球菌占7株.3例病人同时检出2种细菌,1例病人同时检出3种细菌.对G-杆菌敏感性最高有亚胺硫霉素、丁胺卡那霉素、氧哌嗪青霉素/Tazo、头孢吡肟,分别为65.7%、62.7%、59.7%、58.2%.其中对G-杆菌敏感性最高有亚胺硫霉素(81.5%)、丁胺卡那霉素(77.8%)、氧哌嗪青霉素/Tazo(74.1%)、头孢吡肟(72.2%),对G+球菌敏感性最高的有氨苄青霉素(69.2%)、万古霉素(61.5%)、链霉素增效(61.5%)、青霉素(61.5%).结论:胆结石胆道感染以G-杆菌为主,抗生素首选丁胺卡那霉素、青霉素、氨苄青霉素等廉价的药物为宜.
