缬沙坦、氟伐他汀预防76例阵发性房颤复发的研究被引量：1

摘要目的：探讨胺碘酮联合缬沙坦、氟伐他汀预防阵发性房颤复发的临床疗效.方法：选择2006年1月～2009年1月收治的阵发性房颤患者76例,经复律后,随机分为观察组和对照组.观察组给予胺碘酮,治疗组在对照组基础上同时给予缬沙坦：80mg/d;氟伐他汀80mg/d.随访观察一年.结果：治疗组窦性心律维持率明显高于对照组（81.8%VS,62.8%,P＜0.05）,左房内径明显小于对照组[（35.10±10.21）mm VS（41.82±11.60,P＜ 0.05],差异具显著性意义.结论：胺碘酮联合缬沙坦、氟伐他汀预防阵发性房颤复发,疗效优于单用胺碘酮,具有临床推广应用价值.
