高频电波刀652例宫颈锥切术门诊围手术期的护理

Nursing care of patients under loop electrosurgical excision procedure in peri--operative in out--patient clinic （652cases Reprot）

目的：探讨高频电波刀宫颈锥形切除术门诊围手术期的护理体会.方法：对经妇科检查、宫颈脱落细胞学检查、阴道镜检查及宫颈活检诊断为不同类型宫颈疾病的门诊患者652例采用高频电波刀宫颈锥切术及围手术期的护理（包括心理护理、术前、术中、术后护理及健康指导）,术后8周门诊复诊,观察疗效.结果：术后8周648例痊愈（99.4%）,4例好转（0.6%）.结论：高频电波刀宫颈锥切术是一种诊治宫颈疾病的快速、简便、安全、可靠的方法,门诊围手术期的护理对手术效果起到至关重要的作用.

Objective TO discuss the experien ce of nursing care under high-frequency electric wave cervical conization excision of peri-operative in out--patient clinic. Methods 652 patients with cervical disease were diagnosed by optical observation, cytology , colposcopy and cervicalbiopsy. We treated the lesions with LEEP （cervical conization）. Peri--operative nursing care include psychology care, before operation ,in operation ,after operation and health guidance after operation 8 week. Results After operation 8 week, 648 cases were cured（99.4%） ,4 cases were made improvements. Conclusion LEEP is a rapid, safe and effective treatment to cervical diseases, the peri-operative nursing care for LEEP in out-patient clinic is more important.
