城镇育龄妇女生殖道感染情况分析

Analysis of reproductive tract infection of bearingchils women in town

目的：调查城镇育龄妇女生殖道感染患病情况.方法：随机选取我市4个城镇1235例育龄妇女,分析各种生殖道感染疾病患病率、不同年龄段患病率.结果：城镇育龄妇女生殖感染疾病患病率高,达49.07%;不同年龄段患病率不一样,31~40岁段最高,为66.81%;其次为18~30岁段,为48.91%;41~49岁段最低,为27.25%,3组之间差异具有统计学意义,P＜0.05.结论：城镇育龄妇女生殖道感染疾病患病严重,要提高广大育龄妇女对生殖道感染知识水平,以及提高城镇计化生育服务水平,才能有效降低生殖道感染患病率.

Objective： To investigate the state of reproductive tract infection of bearingchild women in town. Methods： To randomly select 1235 cases of bearingchild women in 4 towns. To analyse the morbidity rate ot infection and that of infection in different stage of ages. Results：The morbidity rate of infection was high. It was 49.07%. That in different age was not same. The rate from 31 to 40--year--old was the highest,which was 66.81%. The second was from 18 to 30--year--old, which was 48.91%. The rate from 41 to 49--year--old was the lowest, which was 27.25%. The differences between the 3 groups was statistically significant, P〈0.05. Conclusion：The sick state of reproductive tract ＇infections of bearingchild women in town was serious. The improvement of level of knowledge about reproductive tract infections in bearingchild women of town, and promotion of level of family planning in town can effectively reduce the morbidity rate of reproductive tract infection.
