开展临床小讲课以学生为主讲的实践与分享

摘要 目的:探讨在临床护理专业学生在实习阶段深入学习临床理论知识的一种重要方式.方法:对2008年5月至2010年6月在我院普外科轮转实习的154名护理大、本科护理学生实施除了进行常规的临床教学之外,总结以往的教学经验,改革了以实习学生为主讲的小讲课,理论结合实际,出科前进行提问调查,了解学生对以学生为主体的小讲课的看法.结果:95%以上的学生对以学生为主讲的小讲课表示赞同和积极接受态度.认为能提高她们学习的积极性和主动性,培养了综合能力,这对激发她们的学习热情,语言表达能力有很大的帮助,增强学生自信心.通过以学生为主讲的小讲课取得了良好的效果,达到了临床教学目的.结论:提高学生学习的自觉性和主动性,充分发挥学生的主观能动性,培养了学生的责任感,激发学生的学习兴趣.小讲课教学方式既注重了理论知识讲授,又加强了临床思维能力的培养,提高了护理实习学生解决实际问题的能力,在此过程中形成的自学能力可以使学生终身受益.
