总结了飞秒脉冲激光烧蚀金属的研究进展,经过烧蚀后的表面形成了几种结构,包括随机分布的微纳米结构、激光诱导的周期表面结构、激光扫描的周期结构和孔阵列结构,阐述了金属表面结构化后独特的光谱吸收增强特性,最后展望了其潜在应用。
The lastest progress of metal ablation by femtosecond laser is summarized, several metal surface structure after femtosecond laser ablation is fabricated, including random micro- and nano-structures, laser induced periodic surface structures, laser scanning periodic structures and array holes structures. The unique characteristic of enhanced absorbing has potential application.
