摘要
采用高能喷丸对工业纯铁棒材端面进行了表面自纳米化处理,在处理表面以下一定厚度内形成了纳米晶组织。采用自纳米化纯铁和未自纳米化纯铁端面对接中间夹Ni箔的方法,利用脉冲加压的方式在850℃实现了Ni向纯铁的扩散,用能谱仪(EDS)测试出扩散界面两侧一定范围内Ni原子的扩散浓度,计算了Ni原子在两侧纯铁表面扩散层中的扩散系数。结果表明,工业纯铁经表面自纳米化处理后,在短时间内明显提高了Ni原子的扩散系数。
High energy shot peening (HESP) is used to make pure iron surface self nano-erystallization (SSNC), certain thickness nano crystal organization is formed under the surface. Ni is put in the middle of iron samples before and after SSNC, then, the diffusion of Ni in the pure iron is carried out under pulse pressure at the tempe rature of 850 C. Concentration of Ni is tested by EDS within a certain range on both sides of the diffusion interface. Diffusivity of Ni in iron is calculated on both sides of the diffusion interface. The results show that the diffusivity of Ni atoms is markedly improved in the iron after SSNC.
