摘要
TiO_2光催化剂以其优异的物理化学特性和光催化活性,在环境污染治理和光催化分解水制氢等方面已有较为广泛的研究和应用。综述了近年来过渡金属掺杂、稀土金属掺杂和非金属掺杂TiO_2光催化剂的研究进展,比较了金属掺杂和非金属掺杂的优缺点,指出了TiO_2光催化技术存在的问题及下一步的发展方向。
For excellent physical and chemical properties and photocatalytic activity, TiO2 photocatalyst has been widely researched and applied in environmental pollution treatment, hydrogen production from decomposition of water, etc. Research progresses on transition metal-doped, rare earth doped and nonmetal-doped TiOz photocatalyst in recent years are reviewed. The advantages and disadvantages of the metal-doping and nonmetal-doping are compared, and the existing problems of TiO2 photocatalytic technology and development direction are pointed out.
