摘要
ZnO是一种多功能金属氧化物半导体材料,由于ZnO纳米棒尺寸小,比表面积大,使得ZnO纳米棒制作成气体传感器,可以提高气敏传感器的灵敏度和响应速度,降低工作温度。综述了近年来ZnO纳米棒的制备方法,展望了其在气敏性方面的应用前景。
ZnO is a multiple function and metal oxides semiconductor materials. Because ZnO nanorods have small dimension, large specific surface area, it can be made for gas sensors, and to improve sensitivity, response time and reducing work temperature. Research status in preparation and gas sensitivity of ZnO nanorods in recent years are briefly summarized. At last, the promising prospects for gas sensitivity of ZnO nanorods are given.
