摘要
采用压力-热晶法制备纳米氧化锆,探讨在不同的温度和压力下制得的氧化锆产物的性状。采用XRD、TEM等手段对压力-热晶法所制备的纳米ZrO_2样品进行表征,结果显示其呈颗粒状,具有粒度小(约20nm)、纯度高、分散性好的特点,其抗老化的能力尤为突出,经500℃、1~3h处理后均未出现明显的老化。
Using pressure-heated crystal method, ZrO2 nano-powders are prepared. In order to seek out the properties of nano-ZrO2 which are made under different temperature and the pressure, the methods such as XRD, TEM are adopted. Nano-ZrO2 made by pressure-heated crystal method is grainy, and particle size is small(about 20nm), possesses high purity and good dispersiveness. And the most important one is that its anti-aging ability is fairly good. After aging 1-3h at 500℃, obvious aging does not appear.
